140 Sites, 26 Countries, 5 Continents

Modulex Brand On produced a customized solution for Capgemini’s newly developed global re-brand, the signage scope included the removal, replacement, and addition of new branding elements for the revised Capgemini brand for over 140 sites, in 26 countries, across five continents. The Capgemini re-branding project began in January 2018, during the six-month timeline, Brand On coordinated the creation and distribution of materials across multiple continents to meet global brand standards, ensuring colour, finish and quality benchmarks were met. Brand On took this project as an opportunity to work with local manufacturers, including production facility visits, provision of material and colour samples, and centrally manufacturing wherever possible to keep client costs down and maintain the consistency of brand and quality of signage worldwide.

The Challenge

Our most dramatic installation was in Guatemala, which involved changing out extremely large illuminated letters on a very tall building with a complete glass façade. As we all watched the photos come through of each letter being raised by crane, holding our breath until we saw the letter affixed to the building. The installation was ahead of a large corporate meeting on site, and due to great planning and our project manager being on site in Guatemala, we were able to complete the work ahead of the deadline.
